Water4Gas is the absolute top selling guide to convert your car into a water hybrid. And there are reasons why. Ozzie Freedom (an appropriate last name, don't you think?) is the owner of this guide, and he has a real passion for what he does. In addition to the tons of information he gives you on his website, he does live demonstrations in his hometown, and is great about getting back to you if you have questions. He stands behind his product. To add to the high level of customer service Water4Gas shows, he offers a free course on saving gas, and, last time we checked, ten unique blueprints for water conversions that customers of his have used. All this is well and good, but how does the meat of his guide stand up? Well, this is where his guide really shines. At a reasonable price, Ozzie gives you a straightforward instruction guide to hooking up one of these systems in your own car (or truck) and also how to tweak it for maximum performance. The writing is very easy to understand, and if you are only minimally mechanically inclined, then you should be able to pull it off. Using the Water4Gas system, it should cost you about $140 in widely available parts and an evening or so's worth of work to get started. We give Water4Gas.com 5 stars. |
Water Car Pro is a relative newcomer to the water/gas hybrid scene, but the guide they put out doesn't disappoint. Run by a man named Oliver South, we can again vouch for the character of this guide's creator. He knows what he's doing, and really cares that he is making an impact with both people's wallets and the environment. Like Water4Gas, Water Car Pro also offers a few free reports bundled with the actual conversion guide. These are handy little nuggets of information, but what sets Water Car Pro apart from the competition in one respect is the free software he offers with the guide. It doesn't explain it very well on the website, but his software (developed completely in house) is a very powerful program that really allows you to maximize gains with your new water car. Finally, we get to the actual guide. The writing style and ease of comprehension is right up there with the top selling Water4Gas. Really, no one should have a problem grasping this concept and implementing it if you pick up one of these two guides. The techniques described are similar to Water4Gas, and should run you about the same amount of time & money- Around $140 and a days worth of work. We give Water Car Pro 5 stars. |

Run Your Car On Water- Well, it's probably got the most direct and to the point name of all these guides, right? And their guide is certainly direct and to the point. Not much fluff in here, and again, easy to understand. That's why we give it 4 stars. It's worth every penny, and their system works just as well as the rest. So why not 5? There are a couple reasons why. Water4Gas & Water Car Pro both offer some pretty cool extras when you purchase their guide. Run Your Car On Water doesn't give you anything additional. Those extras are not what you're paying for, so no big deal- but, every little effort helps, right? Another small issue we had with Run Your Car On Water is the fact that they claim, on their webpage to have the lowest price anywhere for a guide like this. Well, Water Car Pro is offering the guide at virtually the same price. They also claim to constantly be promoting a special "sale" of their guide at just under $50- regular price is supposed to be $297. We've never seen this guide offered at that price. All in all, the guide is worth the money, but you miss some freebies that the two above guides offer, and they just don't seem to be as customer friendly. We give Run your Car On Water 4 stars. |
Half Water/Half Gas is easily the low man on this totem pole. That's not to say it's a lousy product- it's not. And you should check their site out for yourself to be sure. It's guide does show you an HHO conversion system that will allow you to run your car on, well, half water and half gas. And there are a few freebies thrown in to sweeten the deal- although these bonuses are not near the quality of other sites. Half Water/Half Gas just doesn't seem to have the polish some of it's competitors. The first thing that caught our attention when we ordered this guide was that we accidentally subscribed to a "free" program called "Living Rich." Of course, the first month is free, and after that they bill you every month. Gee, what a new trick, huh? What this has to do with saving money on gas or creating a greener Earth, we don't know. But it speaks to the impression we got that, while other publishers might be in it to help people and the environment while making a few bucks, Half Water/Half Gas is really more focused on getting your cash. In addition, the guide is a bit more difficult to understand than the others. And for the second most expensive guide we reviewed, we expected more. We give Half Water/Half Gas 2 stars. |
